David Craig is a designated Florida CPTED Practitioner and Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner with extensive experience in crime prevention, security assessments, and professional instruction. His multifamily assessment process combines daytime observation, nighttime lighting measurement, crime analysis, aerial documentation, and practical, prioritized recommendations. David is also an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot and uses professional lighting-measurement equipment to document property conditions.

Experience Across Florida: We’ve performed CPTED Assessments throughout Florida for property management companies, housing authorities, and multifamily property owners. Counties in which we’ve operated include Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Miami-Dade, Broward, Alachua, Leon, and Escambia.
